Under this partnership, and subject to the supervisory authorities’ approval, Amundi will acquire a 12.8% stake in Tikehau IM, in line with long standing partner Arkéa, and become a shareholder of Tikehau Capital Advisors, the head structure of the Tikehau group, with 7.3% of the capital, alongside its Partners and Unicredit.
