Ravano will work closely with Unigestion's senior management team and will be influential in mentoring and supporting
Unigestion's distribution initiatives. He is particularly well placed, given his previous experience, to support Unigestion's
accelerated distribution plans in intermediary markets.

The team will initially have five members and Unigestion plans to grow this further as the firm increases its presence in intermediary markets.
Based in Singapore, Merette will be instrumental in leading the firm's strategy for growth in the region, working with the whole of Unigestion's senior management team.
USO IV seeks transactions at the smaller end of the secondary market, in which high-quality assets can be acquired at
attractive valuations. It focuses on small and middle-market funds, fund restructurings, secondary direct portfolios and
structured transactions. It has a net return target of 1.6x cost / 20% IRR.
