More than 200 investors have once again shown their confidence in SUEZ: the very strong demand allowed to tighten the credit margin by 40 bps compared with initial price indications.

Following its first two bond issuances denominated in euro in May 2022 and October 2022, SUEZ successfully priced a 20-year inaugural sterling Green Bond, yesterday.

With this transaction on a 5-year maturity, Sfil extends its dollar reference curve by a further 2 years and contributes to diversifying its medium- to long-term financing sources after 2 euro transactions launched during the 1st half at 5 and 7 years.

A week can be a very long time in financial markets. UBS acquiring Credit Suisse for CHF 3 billion a week ago would have seemed like a terrific deal. Now the position is less clear. Credit Suisse likely experienced significant net outflows of client assets last week, eroding its revenue base. We, however, believe that UBS can extract value from the acquisition.

A player in ecological and social transition, CNP Assurances announces the successful issue of its first sustainable bond, carried out on January 11, 2023, for an amount of €500 million. The fixed annual coupon is 5,25% until july 18, 2033 and then will be floating beyond this date and until its maturity.
