WisdomTree, the exchange traded fund ("ETF") and exchange traded product ("ETP") sponsor, has partnered with Nasdaq and the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) to launch an ETF providing unique exposure to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) sector. The WisdomTree Artificial Intelligence UCITS ETF listed on the London Stock Exchange today, with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.40%.

On Tuesday 27 November 2018, the African Development Bank rated Aaa/AAA/AAA by Moody's/S&P/Fitch (all stable) successfully priced a dual-tranche US$ 500 million 3-year and US$ 100 million 2-year SOFR-linked Green bond, becoming the first issuer to bring to the market a SOFR-linked Green Bond transaction.

Nomura announced that it has hired Florian Bita as the Head of CLO Origination and Syndication for the Americas. Mr. Bita will be based in New York.

Mark Cullen will become Chief Operating Officer and Dirk Goergen will become Head of EMEA Coverage. Both will become members of the DWS Executive Board. Jon Eilbeck and Thorsten Michalik will leave the company. All changes have received regulatory sign-off and will take place at the end of this month.
