A year to the day following the Paris financial marketplace declaration for green and sustainable finance,
CNP Assurances has adopted a definitive thermal coal exit plan : through this, it is committed to achieving
zero exposure to thermal coal in its investment portfolio by 2030 in European Union and OECD countries,
and by 2040 in the rest of the world.
Euronext announced the launch of a new futures contract based on the ISEQ 20® Index. The ISEQ 20® Index, which is operated by Euronext Dublin, comprises the 20 largest Irish listed companies as ranked by market capitalisation and trading turnover, and has long served as the national benchmark for the Irish economy.
CNP Assurances has successfully placed €750 million worth of notes due 30 June 2051 and paying interest
at 2.5% until 30 June 2031. The notes qualify as Tier 2 capital under Solvency II.

Nomura Securities Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc., today announced that it has priced a three-year Green Bond issue valued at 40 billion yen for NTT Finance Corporation. Nomura acted as bookrunner and green bond structuring agent for the offering, which was the first such offering for the company.
